Four kitchen elevations are shown above. The kitchen has a work triangle of 15' 4" between the fridge, stove, and sink. Elevation 1 shows the electric stove and ceiling ventilation assembly as well as the passageway into the hallway. On the other side of this wall is the hallway closet, which can be used for additional food storage as needed. Elevation 2 shows the two-section kitchen sink, window, dishwasher, and ample cabinet space. A fridge is found in Elevation 3 as well as a window to provide additional lighting to the dining room/kitchen area. The kitchen island is shown in Elevation 4, featuring a built-in trash compactor.

The electrical wiring across the entire house can be seen above. Given the layout of the house, the foyer has switches to control the outdoor/front step lights, hallway lights, and living room lights. On either side of the kitchen and living room are 3-way light switches. The kitchen has flourescent overhead lighting, an above-head kitchen island light, a telephone line, and ample outlets to power the various kitchen appliances. Each of the smaller bedrooms feature a ceiling fan and a split powered outlet controlled by the main light switch at the doorway. The primary bedroom is also has a ceiling fan, split powered outlet, and telephone line. Coaxial cable is supplied to the living room for the television. There are four outdoor outlets around the outside of the house as well.
In the basement, the electrical wiring is similar to the pattern observed in the main floor bathrooms, bedrooms, and hallway. Coaxial cable is supplied to the basement living room/den which can be fed from the upstairs living room positioned directly above. Coaxial cable is also fed nearby to the pool table area. A string of lights in the basement connect the bar and pool table area, and fluorescent lights cover the bar area. The bar is fully fitted for a smaller fridge and sink.
